Exchange Policy Details

• Eligibility for Exchange: Products are eligible for exchange within 24 hours of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
• Non-Eligible Products: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
• Process for Exchange:

  2. Return Item: After approval from our customer service, send the item back to our return address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  4. Exchange Processing: If the return is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. If the new item is more expensive than the original item, you will be required to pay the difference.

  • Exchanges are only valid for items purchased directly from ASAP Groceries via our website or physical store.
  • Items returned without prior notification to our customer support team may not be accepted.
